PROUT AT WORK – Since 2013, we have been working as a charitable foundation for LGBT*IQ-equal opportunities in the workplace. We function as a bridge builder between important influencing factors for LGBT*IQ-diversity.

Through our commitment, we actively shape the working environment, society and politics on LGBT*IQ-related issues. We provide advice for LGBT*IQ-networks – from development to establishment. We serve employers as contact persons and provide them advice on all relevant issues related to LGBT*IQ in the workplace. That’s why we have developed our PROUTEMPLOYER program, which now includes 40 companies, including DAX 30 companies. Through the cooperation as PROUTEMPLOYER, the company signals to potential talents, customers and business partners that sexual orientation and gender identity are relevant facets of diversity, which are met with openness and are actively promoted within the company.

Through our broad range of events and products, in form of e.g. ToGatherings – regional network meetings -, strategic workshops, free guides or general inquiries on LGBT*IQ-relevant topics, we offer opportunities for networking and further education as well as general information for interested people.
