Ro&Ro House – Our bright and quiet 140sqm apartment, located in the scenic area of the city, was renovated in 2019, with modern and design furnishings.

The room is 15sqm with air conditioning, double bed, latex mattress, desk, dresser, coat rack, private bathroom with shower, free toiletries, and Wi-Fi fiber connection throughout the apartment.

The spaces are clean and large in order to guarantee the privacy of our guests.

In few walks you can go to the city beach, city center, old town, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlours, supermarkets and one of the biggest city parks from which you can enjoy the amazing view overlooking the sea, all within easy walking distance.

Only 10 minutes by car, you can go to the wonderful “Parco del Conero”, full of scenic paths, wild beaches, outdoor activities and nature reserves.
But that’s not all. If you prefer mountains or country, our region can offer wonderful inland options and old historical villages.
Under the house, there is also a public transport stop.

It is also possible, in our presence, to request access to the private panoramic terrace of 140sms, from which it is possible to enjoy moments of sun and relax with a wonderful view of the sea and the city. From there, thanks to location, you can admire dawn and sunset too.
