NOTE! Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, events may be postponed or canceled.
Our entire team is working hard to keep the events here on proudout.com up to date. Nevertheless, the events published here may have been postponed or canceled in the meantime. We ask for your understanding. If you want to be absolutely sure, check with the organizer (event website in the details) in advance.
Even if the organizers are very important to us, the safest thing at the moment is not to attend any events and to stay at home.
More and more organizers are offering virtual events. Find them here: https://proudout.com/virtual
We look forward to hopefully visiting events with you again soon.

GLASA’s Virtual Pride MORP 2020
May 8 @ 18:00 - 22:00 PDT
Unfortunately because of COVID-19, Pride Prom 2020 has been canceled. However, we will be holding a Morp in its place! Please read the FAQ’s for more information about this event!
What is Morp, you may ask?
At its core, Morp is the word “Prom” spelled backwards. With everything going on, the world feels a little… backwards right now, but that’s okay! We’re still doing the best that we can to hold a virtual event that brings people of all ages and locations together. As always, this event aims at creating a fun, safe virtual environment for LGBT+ individuals and allies to have a good time and be themselves with their peers.
There will be various “Zoom rooms” that people can enter by RSVP’ing including a chat room, A DJ/Live performer room, a movie room streaming To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything!, caricature artists and tarot reading zoom room, and a game night room in association with the AGS club.
RSVP to attend to get access to the Zoom Room links/codes!
What is Zoom?
Zoom is the live videoconference platform that we will be holding MORP on! Every room will have a unique Zoom link/code and guests are welcome to type in these room codes and go from room to room at their own leisure either by pasting the link, calling in, or dowloading the Zoom App and typing in the code.
What is the donate option on Eventbrite?
While Pride MORP is free for all, donations, if you’re able to, are greatly appreciated. This event is student-led and funded through the finite budget of a community college club, and while we did our best to fundraise this year in preparation, any donation whether it be large or small means the world to us.
Donating will not only grant you admission to the event, but it will also allow us to make Pride MORP the best it can be allowing everyone the opportunity to watch the live movie, get tarot readings, listen to the DJ, and more.
How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
You can reach us best at firstname.lastname@example.org or through Instagram at @gwcglasa!
