London Frontrunners – Thursday Run

Our Thursday evening runs start at the Seymour Leisure Centre. We make our way to Speaker’s Corner, at the Marble Arch end of Hyde Park. There we have our Run Circle to welcome everyone and hear a few very important announcements before setting off.

To book your Guest Runner place at the Seymour Leisure Centre, please email us at access@londonfrontrunners.org. Places are limited, so we recommend booking a week before. If you’re a Member, booking information is in the e-bulletin – and don’t forget to bring your membership card.

Meeting time: 18.45

Run starts: 19:00

Distance: 2, 4 or 6 miles.

Nearest tube: Marble Arch/Marylebone

Circle: Speakers Corner

Facilities: Changing rooms, storeroom bag-drop and showers

Afterwards: Dinner venue will be announced on the night. After dinner we have drinks at City of Quebec, 12 Old Quebec Street

Risk Assessment

As part of the Club’s ongoing efforts to ensure and maintain the health and safety of Club members, a risk assessment of the new run has been carried out and which can be found on the website here.

This risk assessment and the accompanying map highlight all of the hazards and potential hazards on the route including points where runners need to cross the road, where cars might come in and out of side roads, blind spots and narrows pavements. All runners should familiarise themselves with the risk assessment and map before embarking on the run.
