NOTE! Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, events may be postponed or canceled.
Our entire team is working hard to keep the events here on proudout.com up to date. Nevertheless, the events published here may have been postponed or canceled in the meantime. We ask for your understanding. If you want to be absolutely sure, check with the organizer (event website in the details) in advance.
Even if the organizers are very important to us, the safest thing at the moment is not to attend any events and to stay at home.
More and more organizers are offering virtual events. Find them here: https://proudout.com/virtual

This part of our meeting happens before sharing and is the business meeting. All are welcome, anyone who wishes to arrive early is invited to help us grow our organization.
PFLAG promotes the health, well-being of LGBTQ persons, their families and friends through support, to cope with an adverse society; education to enlighten an ill-informed public; and advocacy to end discrimination and to secure equal civil rights.
At PFLAG meetings we come together to share our stories and experiences. We support each other in what can be a difficult journey whether you are a parent or a gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, or queer person. When you come to a PFLAG meeting, you are welcome to say as much or as little as you’d like. All conversations are kept confidential and your identity remains private. Our purpose is to help families and friends understand sexual orientation and gender identity while helping to raise awareness and acceptance.
Starting with the first support group meeting Jeanne Manford held in 1972, peer support has been a vital component of PFLAG. Families and LGBTQ people often come to us for support in the coming out or disclosure process. Peer support can provide much-needed reassurance and support to families of LQBTQ people.
