Weekly LGBT Yoga Classes

An event every week that begins at 5:45pm on Sunday, repeating until 17. March 2019
Join us for weekly LGBT Yoga Classes, every Sunday, thanks to Kate Musano (LCSW, RYT). There are two classes:
1. Sundays 5:45pm-6:45pm, Flow Class. Stretching, strengthening, warrior series, balance postures, backbends, and restorative inversions.
2. Sundays 7:00pm-8:15pm, Candlelight Stretch and Meditation. Gentle, restorative stretches focusing on releasing tension from the mind and body.
We try to provide as many yoga supplies as possible, but if you have your own, please bring them. Classes are donation-based; if you can afford to donate, please do, but if not, join us anyways!
A signed liability waiver is required, and will be provided upon arrival. For more information, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
