    2. We check every booking to see if it violates our guidelines or the law.

    3. We send you an email with further information as well as if you booked additional services the invoice for the campaign.

     
    Can proudout.com decline my booking?  

    Yes. Proudout.com is aimed at an audience of all ages. It is therefore important to us that the listings on proudout.com also meets this requirement. Among other things, we do not allow the promotion of products and services with an age restriction, glorify violence, promote hate, or encourage the use of drugs. The rejection does not incur any costs for you and we will refund the amount immediately.

    The service of proudout.com is addressing the global LGBTQ+ community. This means that you have to make sure that our visitors can be sure that they will not experience any kind of discrimination by you, your staff, or other participants of you.

     
    How long will the listing be online?  

    Listings without a specific date to take place will be online for 12 months. Otherwise, the listing will be online until the specific date.

     
    What is a social media push?  

    We promote your lgbtq+ travel offer through our social media channels (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). You can provide the content.

     
    How does banner advertising work?  

    If you book the banner advertising with us, then we will display your advertising banner in our advertising rotation on proudout.com. How often your advertising is displayed in total depends on the number of advertising impressions booked.
