Distance: 3 or 6 miles
Meet: Kentish Town Sports Centre, Grafton Road, London, NW5 3DU
Nearest stations: Kentish Town West (Overground), Kentish Town (Northern line or Thameslink)
Facilities: Changing rooms, lockers and showers, 20p required for lockers
Route: Regent’s Park: Once or twice around, anti-clockwise.
On Wednesdays there is the opportunity to run around Regent’s Park or take part in coaching. This varies from week to week. See the coaching page for more details.
Afterwards: Wahaca above Kentish Town station, on the first Wednesday of each month, otherwise The Oxford, 256 Kentish Town Rd, London NW5 2AA, or Grafton, 20 Prince of Wales Rd, London NW5 3LG
